Needed quite a few cabinets and shelves for my new shed and found Rackmart to have just what I needed at very reasonable prices. The service and delivery was friendly and efficient.But for me the measure of a business or company is what they do when things don't go they way they are supposed to. Last thing Saturday I let them know that a couple of the panels were damaged in one box. They confirmed my email straight away assuring me they would replace the parts. Monday morning they phoned to confirm and dropped off the replacements - all with the same friendly and professional attitude.

Ordered some shelving for my home shed and they had it ready the next day. Easy to set up.

Over-promised, under-delivered.I’m loathe to write negative reviews, but I guess sometimes you need to.Purchased four ‘premium’ shelves from these guys. Waited patiently for 4 months for them (original delivery estimate was 6 weeks).Upon unpacking the shelves I was extremely disappointed to see that two of them were a veneer (not a solid slab of timber, as expected, but two pieces sandwiched together), and the other was riddled with timber fill.I spoke with the guys about the situation and once again, they over-promised and under-delivered (promised a replacement shelf for the worst shelf, but never delivered it).I tried following up the above, but their online presence disappeared (it was tied to an online service they were using). I see now it has Re-emerged, so I’m writing a review.To be fair, one shelf from the four was exactly as expected, which is why I’ve given one star.If you’re looking for high quality products and people who are honest, then definitely go somewhere else.If you’re after sub-standard items at a high price, then these are your guys.

Very happy with my purchase. I ordered the Steel Shelving. It is super easy to assemble, and the finish look is fabulous. Would highly recommend Hobbs Display if you are looking for light sturdy shelving.

Easy going sales staff, helpfully and not pushy in the slightest.Product arrived and was better condition and quality than I expected for the price.Had it delivered when I was at work, told the driver he could just leave it out the front to make it easy. Got home and found they had gone the extra mile and taken it all around the back and neatly stacked.Was very happy with the service from these guys start to finish!
